Roditis – Savatiano “Agrimi” 2023

Origin: Vineyards in Viotia, at an altitude of 360m and in Stamata area, at an altitude of 420m.
Grape Varieties: Roditis 50% – Savatiano 50%
Harvest: First 15 days of September for both Savatiano & Roditis.
Vinification: Grapes are handpicked and transported in small crates, put in cold storage overnight, at 6 οC. From there, they are crushed, de-stemmed and then gently pressed in our Bucher pneumatic press. Static debourbage follows and alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, for approximately 15 days, at controlled temperatures of 16-18°C. Sur lie for 2 months.
Ageing Potential: 2-3 years
Tasting Notes: Bright lemony colour, with green highlights. Intense floral profile on the nose, aromas of citrus fruits, grapefruit and ripe peach. Elegant in the mouth, with crisp acidity and racy length.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with green salads, vegetable pies and omelette, pasta with light white sauce, chicken and grilled fish. Serve at 10οC.
